1. Using ShibaDoku

ShibaDoku is a browser-based puzzle game. You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes and must follow these terms and any instructions shown on the site. You are responsible for providing a compatible device, browser, and internet connection.

2. Analytics and cookies

We use DataFast's cookieless analytics to understand visits and improve ShibaDoku. The analytics script does not use DataFast cookies, but may process technical visit information such as IP address, browser and device details, user agent, country, referring pages, and page activity. ShibaDoku may still use essential browser storage and game cookies for local preferences, progress, rankings, and security.

3. Game features and digital services

We may offer optional digital features, upgrades, subscriptions, or other in-game services. The specific feature, price, billing interval, renewal terms, and any additional purchase terms will be shown before you complete a purchase.

Digital features are for your personal use, are generally non-transferable, and have no cash value unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature, but we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to active subscribers.

4. Advertising services

We may offer advertising placements or promotional services to businesses. Advertisers must provide accurate materials and must have the rights and permissions needed for their advertisements, claims, trademarks, and destination pages.

All advertising materials and destinations require approval. We may reject, suspend, or remove advertising that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, unrelated to the site, or harmful to ShibaDoku or its players. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we do not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, sales, or other advertising results.

5. Payments, subscriptions, and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. Prices, taxes, renewal dates, and cancellation options are presented before purchase. Recurring services renew until canceled, and cancellation generally stops future renewals at the end of the current paid period.

Refunds are handled according to the terms shown at checkout, any applicable product-specific terms, and applicable law. If a service is materially unavailable or we cannot deliver an approved service, contact [email protected] so we can review the situation.

6. Acceptable use

You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its services. You may not use the site to distribute malware, infringe rights, deceive others, or interfere with another person's use of ShibaDoku.

7. Ownership

ShibaDoku, its game, software, artwork, branding, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to ShibaDoku.com and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you permission to use the site; they do not transfer ownership or grant rights to reproduce or commercially exploit our content.

8. Availability and termination

We may update, maintain, or temporarily suspend the site. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, our players, or our rights, including when these terms are violated. Any terms that by their nature should continue will remain effective after termination.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShibaDoku is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShibaDoku.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or a service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ShibaDoku grows and new services become available. The updated version will be posted on this page. If a change materially affects an active paid service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before it takes effect.
